"GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORRRRRRRRNING…" that's the feeling for every team race and time trial! Blood pumping to the max even before entering the battle zone. OOPPSS I mean SKATING zone. Everyone would be feeling all set and ready to go from the previous race/time trial, you can tell from the glint in their eyes!

The guys and gals look so cool in their colorful skin. Anxiously waiting for my turn wasn't very fun as we all get ready for the mad dash on our skates. So it started off with a single "Peep"! We quickly formed into a steady pack of human cadence racing against the clock for the 15km race. The mixture of sprint and endurance is enough to burn the legs but mad Viruses just continued to push their max against the crazy wind and rough tarmac. Wish there was something that will cure all pains in the brain. Like the doctor always says, " An apple a day keeps the germs away."

Breaking, chasing, pushing, more chasing, more breaking…. This went on and on as the guys fought it out. The race went rather well with some shouts of motivation to stimulate the muscles to work faster? Well yes!! It's the motivation that keeps us all going. At the finishing line, we were fighting like mad as 3 or 4 skaters crossed the finishing line almost simultaneously! It was one crazy dash as the winner and other positions were finalized. Good job Viruses!!

Just as we were busy cooling down; the gals came flying towards the finishing line were fighting almost in one row to claim victory. Wow! They are really eye candies that are also strong, athletic and very mad. I am so very proud of them!

Positions sorted out, gals and guys Viruses sat together for debrief and were busy fooling around and laughing at each others' blunders.

It has been a blast today! Good hard race, great weather, everyone safe and happy. We thank God for another successful time-trial and a morning of wonderful team event. Cheers.
