
TSV has a comprehensive, yet non-intrusive weekly training program exclusively for our Speed Members.
To be part of our Speed Team, members need to earn their position by achieving targeted timing during our monthly Time Trials. Time Trials are mini races exclusively for members to pit themselves against their own timings as well as that of other members.
A typical training session begins with stretching and static exercises, followed by light skating for warm-up. Weekly program includes techniques and endurance training. Most of our training are conducted at East Coast Park and open car parks. For endurance training, we usually train along Changi Coast Road.
TSV members are required to wear helmets during training sessions. For added safety, a safety vehicle is often seen tagging along during endurance training sessions along the Changi Coast Road.
Not all our training sessions are stressful. Our night skate and vis skate sessions are really fun sessions.
